Shipping Rates

All Kaboon products include free shipping to the contiguous US. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or Canada may be charged an extra cost which will be calculated and displayed at checkout and the specific additional cost will be double-confirmed before shipment. 

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment processing time

We will process the order in 2-3 business days.

Ground shipping usually takes 2-5 working days to deliver to most areas.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed–delays may happen due to weather, shipping carrier or customs delays, inventory shortages, or other events that we have no control over. We'll always do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Kaboon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Package Lost

In case of package lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
